, with launching their new website materials into the following 9 languages
– French, German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Russian, Greek, Czech and Slovak.
Havana Club is a strategic premium brand based in Paris and part of the Pernod Ricard Group, the No.1 worldwide brand in prestige spirits, with a turnover of €8.215 billion and over 18 000 employees worldwide.
We had to translate over 5000 words of marketing material using language combinations not involving English, e.g. Spanish into Russian, in a 2 day period.
Our dedicated Project Manager assembled a team of linguists who were experts in the marketing domain and based in the countries where the target audiences were based. The translations started immediately when the client provided the text to Pearl, which allowed over 5000 words of creative material to be translated within 2 working days, into 9 languages. Proof-reading was also provided in this short period of time to ensure 100% accuracy and localization.
Being able to work from home using our remote access and out of office hour enabled us to upload the final translations using our secure FTP service in time and on budget.
The Client has a reliable solution in place for meeting the demanding translation requirements of international marketing surveys. Accurate regional data is absolutely crucial in order to maintain brand consistency and reach the target audience with the intended message across all markets. The accurately translated internal memos allowed Client’s staff to share one vision in order to maintain the marcoms strategy across the TV and Social Media channels.
